When the need is broader
Software development and consulting
Some problems need software work or an engineering second opinion rather than a managed AI workflow. We can discuss those too.
Support for founders and small teams
Our main focus is practical AI managed services. Software development and advisory remain available for discussion as separately scoped work.
The starting point is the problem, your current systems, and the responsibility you need someone to take. Scope and availability need agreement before work begins.
Planning and technical direction
Discuss architecture, a development roadmap, technical hiring, or an early product idea. Technical co-founder support and service design can help define what to build and what to leave out.
The outcome should be a plan your team understands, not a larger project by default.
Building and improving software
Work can include a first usable product, features, fixes, integrations, or AI within an existing application. A codebase review can help identify risks and decide what to fix first.
Private or on-device AI may be worth evaluating. Fit depends on the task and testing, not a blanket recommendation.
Infrastructure and migrations
Discuss hosting, deployment, monitoring, access controls, or a move to another stack or provider. Migration work needs an agreed test and rollback plan. We do not promise disruption-free changes without knowing the system.
Advisory
Sometimes a review or a second opinion is enough. Advisory work can cover engineering decisions, project plans, or tradeoffs before you commit to a build.
See our work and products for engineering examples. Those projects are not evidence of managed-service customer results.
Describe what you need, whether that’s a recurring business task or a software project.
