Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Sekora AI website at sekora.ai. It explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Our products, such as ApplyLogic and LocalWhisper, have their own privacy policies. Client engagements are covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form. We don’t use tracking cookies or advertising. We don’t sell your information.

What we collect

When you use the contact form

If you send us a message, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your business name, if you provide it
  • The type of help you selected
  • Your message
  • Your IP address and the time you sent the message

We use your IP address to limit spam. Each address can send three messages per hour.

Please do not send passwords, customer records, health information, or confidential business material through this form. Describe the task without private details.

When you browse the site

We don’t run analytics or tracking scripts. Like any website, our hosting provider receives basic technical details when your browser loads a page. This includes your IP address, browser type, and the page you asked for. Our provider uses this to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Your theme setting

If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser saves that choice on your device. It never leaves your device, and we can’t see it.

How we use your information

We use what you send through the contact form to:

  • Reply to your message
  • Talk with you about a possible workflow, pilot, or consulting project
  • Keep the form free of spam and abuse

We don’t use it for marketing lists. We don’t sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers to run the site:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and the contact form, and stores contact form messages. It may also run a security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to confirm a real person sent the form.
  • Google Fonts serves the typeface the site uses. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are deleted automatically one year after you send them. If we start working together, we keep project emails and records for as long as our agreement and the law require. Spam-limit records expire after one hour.

How we protect it

We send all traffic over HTTPS. Contact form messages are stored with Cloudflare, and only Sekora AI can access them. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access limited and collect as little as we can.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • Show you the information we hold about you
  • Correct it
  • Delete it

Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States. We’ll honor those requests too.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we’ll say so on the site.
